Terms of Service for Ofidesk POS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Point of Sale (POS) tool provided by Ofidesk (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
1. Use of Service
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

4.2 Limitation: In no event shall Ofidesk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by Ofidesk: Ofidesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, with or without cause.
5.2 Termination by You: You may cancel your account and terminate these Terms by providing written notice to Ofidesk. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any data stored therein.
